not allowing multiple screens open

is anyone else having issues not opening up more than one screen at a time? 

if i am reconciling account, i have to close it to be able to do anything else in the file? 

it wasnt like this yesterday! HELPPP

    Apologies for the delay in response. 


    Typically, if you're reconciling an account, you won't be able to open another window. If you have two separate monitors, you can open a copy of AccountRight on each monitor and display two windows on each monitor. The only downside is this may result in some slowness when working as two copies are running on the same computer at one time, of course, this also depends on your Internet speed and processing speed of the computer.

      your reply is not true.I have always opened multipile windows whiclets reconciling , today I cant

      Hi Helenaj 

      Are you trying to open multiple windows within AccountRight while working on one monitor? If yes, you would be only able to work on reconciling  and other windows, if the reconcile window is not maximised.
