Wow, it’s certainly been a huge week on the Community Forum! There has been nearly 1200 posts in the past seven days and we have warmly welcomed another 430 new members. MYOB staff alone made over 450 posts.
Our top contributors this week featured some new names as well as familiar faces - @Tallie, @Siddhi, @jenniek, @CloudMindAcc and @Nic-acc-addons. Well done and thank you also to @Tallie, @Nic-acc-addons, @Geoff_, @Mike_James, @ronatbas and @Retail_POS who had multiple posts marked as Accepted Solutions.
A huge thanks to all those community members who so generously shared their knowledge, wisdom and expertise on the forum in the past week.
In other community news, this week we changed the email address that sends out all our automated subscription notifications. We made the change because we discovered some community users were inadvertently replying to these automated messages rather than posting their replies on the Forum and wondering why they never got a response.
The new address is noreply@forum.myob.com so hopefully that makes it much more obvious that it’s an unmonitored email address. There’s also an automated bounce back message if anyone does accidently reply to a subscription email.
The change might mean you have to update your email rules so the alerts aren’t considered spam and/or automatically filed in the appropriate folder in your email client. Apologies for any inconvenience caused but the move will help ensure we don’t miss any of your important messages.
In other news this week, MYOB Essentials Cashbook has now been launched following a successful pilot program with more than 200 accounting partners.
