Contact Log: Entry directly into the table without needing to select New entry

Our administrative staff capture calls coming into our business. Some ofg these are by phone and by email. It would be very useful to be able to add these entries to the specific MYOB contacts list (append) directly to the table, or provide a mechanism to parse incoming emails so that they can be appended to a card.
