Hello MYOB,
The new email feature in v2016.1 is a great move forward and will free many users from having to have Outlook installed.
I also like the ability to see the list of sent emails and the ability to view the activity on a particular invoice and to see if the customer has viewed it.
However the list of Sent Emails seems to only show the Delivery Status of the email - received, sending or failed.
It also should show if the receiver has opened and viewed the email, as it is a much more of a task to have to open the invoice and use the View all Activity button to see if it has been viewed.
This would improve the experience.
