Why does MYOB Teams KIOSK APP constantly have errors - it works for a few days then stops.... MYOB really needs to either invest some time & money into updating and fixing the KIOSK App or just get rid off it completly & do not offer it to consumers... They should have never offered MYOB Teams KIOSK App to their consumers until they fully tested the APP to make sure it is working correctly. I have been using it for over 6months now & forever issues. Some days it works some days it doesn't. Always getting different errors such as : - Employee section empty (not showing employees) - A problem occured, please try again - Error, no business found on your account MYOB need to fix MYOB KIOSK ASAP!! or discontinue it.13Views0likes1CommentBank Feeds - Include an option to access Recurrent Transactions in the Allocation menu
When allocating Bank Feeds, could you include an option to open the Recurrent Transactions menu (currently accessed via Spend Money or via the Lists menu). Many of my Bank Feed payments relate to recurrent transactions - such as monthly charity donations, software subscriptions or newspaper subscriptions. Currently, I have to minimise my Bank Feeds, then go to Spend Money - Recurrent Transactions to raise a transaction, then allocate a Bank Feed transaction to it. Instead, I'd like to be able to access my Recurrent Transactions directly from the Bank Feeds Allocation menu - saving time. PS - as a retired CPA, I use my Account Right Premier file for my small consultancy business (using codes 4- Income. 5- Cost-of-Sales & 6- Expenses) and for my personal transactions )8- Other income (for dividends and interest income) and 9- Other Expenses (for my personal expenses). Our client has identified a Sales Order from 2021 that did not proceed and wishes to have it deleted as part of their FY2024 bookkeeping cleanup. However, we need to ensure that this action will not have any unintended consequences on the balances of inventory and purchases from prior years up to FY2023. Here are some questions and considerations regarding this matter: Will deleting this order affect the balances of inventory and purchases from prior years up to FY2023? If deletion does not impact previous year balances, can we proceed with deleting the order right away? We've come across information suggesting that instead of deleting the order, MYOB may propose to "reverse the order." In this case, what should we advise our client: to delete or to reverse the order? What is the difference between deleting an order and reversing it? Can anyone help me please... I can log in to MYOB Business and access all functions except for the "Pay runs" function. When I click on payruns it says loading but never loads.
