Sick leave

Hi, 

 

I have an employee who worked 7 hours and took 2 hours sick leave can you please let me know how i can adjust this accordingly?

    Hi TaliaK 

    Sick leave is calculated in days, so 2 hours of a 9 hour day = .22 of a day

    But in the NZ Myob payroll system, in terms of processing the pay: you would reduce the employees normal hours by 2; and increase the sick leave hours by 2.
