Is it possible to change the default form for a payslip to another customised form.
If so what is the process.

You can change a default form via the relevant Print/Email window>>Advance Filters and selecting the required form in the selected form option.
For example for payslips this can be done via Payroll>>Print/Email Pay Slips>>Advance Filters and selecting the relevant form for the Pay Slips list (bottom of the window).
