Confirming Company file error

Hi,

 

Could someone please be of assitance.

 

I am getting the following error:

Unable to automatically confirm your company file

 

I have checked firewalls and connection to the internet and no setting have changed.  Appreciate any assitance you can provide.

    Thanks for the post. I'm happy to assist you with this. Can you please send me a Private Message containing the following:

     

    • Full name
    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Email address

      Thanks Sai,

       

      Unfortunately it wont let me direct messge you.  I get taken to Private Messages with no option to compose a message?  Screen grab attached.

    Hi ejk991 

     

    Greetings! I can see that your private message has turned off. Can you click on your avatar and then go to My settings>>Preferences>>Private Messenger, then tick the box of turn on private messages and hit save.

     

    Please let me know if you need further help.

      Hi Sai,

       

      private messager is not an option for me?

       

      The drop downs I have are > preference options, >display, >general, >linear layout, >home page, >privacy, >kudos.

       

      I have reviewed each of these with no private messager option, please let me know if I am missing something?
