How to deactivate a company file

I have problem with upgrading company file, can I deactivate this old file and make a new company file?

By deactivating your company file, we can arrange for a new one to be set up for you. Please send me a private message with the following information, and I'll be glad to assist you with this.

    Serial Number.
    Company File ID.
    Full name and Email.
