Email Undeliverable | Bouncing Back | Diagnostic Code Rejected
Emails sent from AccountRight are bouncing back from "bounce@apps.myob.com".
Email says " Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful". Diagnostic-Code: rejected
This is happening for multiple clients trying to send use emails from the MYOB platform
send to address: anaconda.invoices@srg.com.au
I have read the comment on this link
I believe you need to do a white list in the MYOB system our email address, as our system, doesnt seem to detect the inbound and reject it. This fault is singular fault to this partiular email anaconda.invoices@srg.com.au
for now we have created a work around by creating new email address zanaconda.invoices@srg.com.au that redirects to anaconda.invoices@srg.com.au..
HELP, please white list us? you my have blocked us as our system sends auto replies.

We appreciate your patience and understanding about this matter. I have checked the destination email you've posted and was blacklisted on our end which is now removed. Email address is already whitelisted, emails sent to anaconda.invoices@srg.com.au should not bounce. Please try again and let me know how you go about this.
