Topic has been closed with no answer posted - Confirm reminder emails have been sent

How do you confim reminder emails have been sent. I tried to send one to myself but it did not arrive in my inbox.

    Hi saintjohnny,

     

    Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information. Thank you for flagging this to us. I know how important this is to you. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.  

     

    In this regard, invoice reminder emails can be tracked in the Sent Emails window. When the invoice reminder is due it is usually processed from 5am and usually done by 7am.

Thank you for getting back to us. 

 

In this regard,  you can check if the email was successfully sent by going to Activity section at the bottom of the invoice has this info. By going to Sales>>Invoices. You can check out this Help Article: Emailing and Printing Invoices for more information.

Hello again Cecilia

 

The emails relating to the sending out of the original invoices some time ago appear in the Activity section at the bottom. However, I have asked a number of these contacts and they say they have received a recent reminder (which includes a link to the invoice) but there is no record of this appearing in the Activity section for any of them.

 

Consequently I have no record of the dispatch of the reminders unless I contact the recipient directly which is a bit embarassing.

 

Please look into this again.

    Hi saintjohnny,

     

    We appreciate your patience in getting back to us and providing an update on the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience has caused you. 

     

    Have you tried to do the basic trouble shooting like Clearing Cache? If not, can you please try it so we can could check if the reminder will still not show on the invoice activity? Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues.
