With MYOB Business, you can do it individually when viewing pay slips in PDF. However, when you need to email pay slips to employees, you can do it in bulk. As per checking, the Payroll Detailed report is unavailable in MYOB Business. However, you can generate the Pay run summary report, which is similar to what a pay slip contains. We recommend checking The Help Article: Learn about payroll changes after upgrading to know about the changes.

Thanks for the link. Yes, we can email payslips in bulk to employees, and have found a way to download the detailed Payroll Activity report - it turns out you had to select expand all before PDF-ing. What we're now after is a way to download all payslips in a single PDF file as we used to be able to in MYOB Essentials, instead of having to click on each employee's payslip to download one by one, which is rather inefficient, and a bit of a downgrade. Is there a way we can do this? It doesn't look like this is listed as a change in the link.

As per checking, downloading pay slips in bulk is not available in MYOB Business. You can only download or view pay slips individually or one by one. Bulk reprinting of payslips is basic functionality. How can it be missing?
The new reporting is so basic it's unusable. Surely all the data is available, why can't it be extracted in CSV format that can then be analysed via pivot tables etc.
