Still no payroll

Hi sharronr,
Thank you for getting back to us and we are sorry to hear that you still have the issue. To better assist you, please give me more information on your concern. Are you referring to the payroll transaction or is it missing from the menu? Or if you have upgraded MYOB Business Essentials to MYOB Business Payroll? If yes, your payroll has likely been transferred. Can you please try to go to app.myob.com and log in with your same email address and password?
