Hi Helen yes I did finally get my file working again. After many many hours on the phone to MYOB they asked for a diagnostic log of the desktop file and apparently there was something in the log that one of them saw and worked out what the issue was. They ran a script and it now works. So there is a fix you just have to get them to look a the right report. I would have thought they would have sent something out to all their support operators given this is happening in many files.

I chatted with an MYOB agent, sent her the link to this post and mentioned about running the script. Then she was able to fix it for me.
