UNABLE TO RECORD PAY - First payroll for 2024 financial year

Unable to record pay - FIRST PAY FOR 2024 FINANCIAL YEAR - Application is timing out & we are unable to record even though 2023 payroll has been finalised & sent to ATO.

Would you please assist?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    When you tried to process a pay run, did you receive an error message? Kindly attach a screenshot of the error so I can further assist. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
