ATO pre-fill for wages and PAYG

This is my first BAS using STP.  The MYOB file shows the correct amount of wages paid and PAYG.  I can connect to the ATO from the Payroll Command Centre, but when I try to lodge the BAS online, there is no wages or PAYG pre-fill from the ATO. I cannot find the reason for this

    Thanks for your post. Your BAS set up and lodgement is separate to STP. The fields in your BAS are pre-filled based on the tax codes and payroll categories you select when setting up your BAS. If wage amounts are not pre-filling you need to log into online BAS, then:

     

    1. click on Settings
    2. select Set up activity statement fields
    3. at W1 and W2 select the applicable payroll categories
    4. open the current activity statement 
    5. click on Update from ledger

      Tracey, the key for me was using the Update from Ledger button.  Worked a treat. Thanks

        Great to hear you got the issue resolved, thanks for letting me know. Anytime you do make changes to the BAS set up remember to click on Update from ledger and you should be all good.
