Exempt benefits not showing correctly on employee tax info and 57A FBTAA saying (no) when should be (yes)

MYOB STP Question
Church Payroll with Ministers receiving part of Salary as Exempt Fringe Benefits.
I have just had accountant tell me that the Exempt FB's porton of an employed Minister is not showing correctly on their Tax.
I had it set the payroll item (Ministers Exempt Fringe Benefits) as a Deduction - I had ATO reporting category as Salary Sacrifice Other Employee Benefits - should it be Not Reportable to give a Yes in the 57A FBTAA section.
I need to speak to someone who uses MYOB for a Church who pay Ministers Exempt Fringe Benefits please.
Please can someone help me?
