Solved: Go to Solution

New Staff Member cannot log in

Correct password entered however system just loops will not log in or log out - doesn't say why she can't log in - and she has to exit MYOB . Does anyone know why?

To better assist you, have you given clearing your AccountRight cache a try before logging in or perhaps considered uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? Sometimes, that can help resolve login issues. If not, could you please log in to app.myob.com in your browser? That way, we can see if the issue might be specific to the desktop app. Also, if you could grab the diagnostic log, that would be incredibly helpful! It'll give us a clearer picture of what's happening with your AccountRight.
