Hi,&nbsp;Problem with AR progam not working - Unable to record pays. We are doing 1st payrun for the new financial year. When you process an electonic pay and then press RECORD, MYOB is hanging and then times out.&nbsp;We need assistance please.&nbsp;Regards,&nbsp;Ginny

Please send me the serial number for the product and company file name by Private Message, and I'll run a script to check if that fixes the issue.

Hi&nbsp;Ginny3&nbsp;Are you getting any error message in the process? If not, please attach the diagnostic log after the system crashes so we can check what's causing this.&nbsp;

Hi Komal,&nbsp;The ARL is not crashing with an error log. It is saying the application is timing out, do I want to retry.&nbsp;Please see attached image.&nbsp;Regards,&nbsp;Ginny&nbsp;&nbsp;

KormalI am Ginny's MYOB Certified Consultant (and have been for many years) and have been helping her this morning. I suggested she contacted you. I would like to add to Ginny's comments. The program is not crashing and giving a diagnostice log. The payroll being processed has over 300 - 400 employees and and this is the first pay run for the new finanacial year. I suspect when we go to record the pay ARL is invoking the subroutine to update the super to 10.5% and remove the $450. As it is a large file it is not handling this subroutine.Is there any way you can test this?&nbsp;
