AccountRight : Cannot edit employee Card

Hi There

 

I have AccountRight online file but having an issue with particularly with one employee to open her card and edit.

 

Details are mentioned below :

 

Product : AccountRight Plus Au : 2021.3.0

Build : 2021.3.24.4119

Company File Id : 4

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi @viknag 

 

I've run a script over that company file that has aided some users with the same situation in the past.

Can you try opening that employee's card now and let us know how you get on?
