Approving Manager not showing up in new location

Approving Manager not showing up in new location

I have created a new location. When I go to select the Approving Manager, no names are coming up in the drop down box, I keep getting the error 'No matches found'. How do I fix this?

Hi @BHenderson 

 

Thanks for your post. When selecting an Approving Manager, kindly make sure that the employee you will set up as an Approving Manager is also added on the Employees tab. Please see the attached screenshot below.

 

                                    

 

Once you click the Employees tab, kindly select Add employees. Beside the name of the Approving Manger that you need to add, tick the box then click Add employee. 

 

           

 

After doing the steps mentioned above, please try to add the Approving Manager again to the location.
