If you are struggling to confirm your company file I would recommend taking a look at Help Article: Activation and confirmation errors in particular ensuring that you do review your TLS settings - see Error: "Unable to connect to the online confirmation service" section.
If you're still unable to confirm your file please send me a private message with the following information:- The serial number of the product - Setup>>Company Information
- The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
- The version of the software you are using- Help>>About AccountRight
- If you are on AccountRight Classic (v19 or below) - the Company file code
