Closing leave entitlements in MYOB after transferring employee to another MYOB

Good afternoon,

 

We have recently transferred one of our employees over from one MYOB to another MYOB company file.

 

The leave entitlements have been transferred over to the new MYOB however we need to close out his annual and personal entitlements in the original MYOB company file.

 

Can we please have some assistance in the best process to do this?
