ETP Not Showing on Verification Report or Summary of Payments

Sooooooooo I have tried everthing MYOB thinks will fix the problem,  I have ran, reversed added and cancelled terminated and reinstaed the termination/emplyment of one employee numerous times and yet I still can't get the ETP to show on the Year End report. I have run multiple nil pay runs and still nothing, ETP is MIA.

MYOB   What is going on!

I have spent the whole day trying to get the reconciliation reports correct, it appears you have a fundemental error in your software.

If anyone has a solution to fix this error, that would be appreciated.  So far nothing works, the software appears broken in my opinion.

Grrrrrr sooooo frustrating...  Smiley Sad

I have also noted that the ETP shows up on the terminated Employees Tax of Payroll Reporting Centre as 30/6/2022  not the actual date of the payment run....

Hi @MarkAcct 

Can you please confirm if you did the reversals while on STP phase 1 or STP phase 2?  

Also, are the ETP's showing correctly on individual summary of payments reports for employees ? If not, which other reports are not displaying them correctly.

Hi Komel

 

I believe I am in STP1 , as all the Payroll Categories have STP1 and STP2 classification drop down menus.

 

The GL and the payroll reports are all correct.  It is only the verification report and the Individuals Summary of Payments that the ETP is not showing on.

Please send me your product serial number and company file name by Private Message, so we can run a script to find out what's causing this.
