ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsSetting up bank feeds Hi everyone, Bank feeds allow information from your financial institution to be sent straight to your accounting software so you can save time on your data entry and aid in the reconciliation process. Feeds are available for a wide range of financial institutions and account types, check out Australia | New Zealand for a full range of financial institutions. In order to set up bank feeds in AccountRight, you need: to be the online owner (usually the person who set up your AccountRight subscription) your MYOB account login details the details of the bank or credit card account you're setting up for bank feeds have an active AccountRight subscription (per company file) Note: Your AccountRight online file does not need to be online to set up or use bank feeds, but you’ll need an internet connection. Bank feeds can be applied for using Banking>>Bank Feeds>>Manage Bank Accounts>> Get Started with Bank Feeds (or Add or remove a bank account). You will be prompted to enter your my.MYOB account details to apply for those feeds. Once you are logged in, you do need to follow the on-screen prompts. Re: How to find out who raised an invoice HI Jmarty You can run the Session Security Audit report as it will show the time and user ID login at the time a specific transaction was created. Re: Aged Invoice Report Hi Thais I'm not aware of specific third party apps that can provide this but please have a look at our app marketplace as there are several apps here that integrate with MYOB Business and might suit your business needs. Can you check if other users in the file are able to use these buttons? Re: Aged Invoice Report Hi Thais Unpaid invoices report is the only report having this information, however it cannot be customised further to include additional columns. It won't be possible to create custom report either. This is something that might change in future versions. Please feel free to post if you have more questions. Re: Can't export reports to Excel Hi microheat Since the Interop error is an environmental error, you're correct in mentioning that there is something in the home computer set up causing it. If the above options have not worked, we'd suggest running the Windows Event viewer after the Excel export does not work so it can point at any specific error events. These error events can be used to diagnose the problem. Re: Where can I see sent emails sent to customers from MYOB (Invoices/Reminders) Hi Virtus If you open the invoice again, the Activity history (at the bottom of the invoice) shows the invoice has been Emailed. This activity will also show when the email has been Viewed by the customer. Currently , invoice reminders cannot be tracked but they are sent daily between 4am - 6am. Re: Delivery Dockets/Packing Slips Hi Virtus Packing slips and delivery dockets are not yet available in MYOB Business and is something that might be a part of future updates. Re: Sent sales invoices Hi MichASR If you're sending emails using AccountRight's online emailing functionality, they won't appear in the Outlook sentbox. If you want them to send emails using Outlook, we'd recommend unticking "Send emails using AccountRight" under Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing.
