Employee Card not opening and MYOB crashing

Hi,

I am not able to open an employee card without MYOB crashing and needing to restart.

I have made prior adjusments to their annual leave and would like to review it.

Thanks for your post. Can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this has happened and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread so we can investigate.

Thanks for that. There is a script I can run over your file to resolve this, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

I'm having trouble locating a serial number ending in that number, can you please send me the full serial number via private message.
