Thanks for your post. Can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this has happened and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread so we can investigate.

Thanks for that. There is a script I can run over your file to resolve this, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).
