Employee card gives message to close down

I have seen others with this error. I went to check an employees rate and Account Right tells me to close down.

I tried another user, several restarts etc but I believe you may need to run a script over the file going by others posts. Could you do that for me? Its the latest version of AR online last 4 digits are 6395.

I am having trouble finding your account so I will require further details to locate it and run the required script. Could you please send me a private message with the following details:

• Product serial number
• Company File ID (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Build:__)
• Primary contact name
