My employee find this is no Submit botton on his online form.
He doesn't have TFN and Superannuation yet.
Is that the reason?

Thanks for your post. Correct, if those details haven't been filled in as of yet the employee will only have the option to save the details entered, once all details are filled in the submit option should appear. Instead you could look at adding the employee manually if you need to create the employee card sooner, our help article Add an employee has further information on this.
