They seem to respond faster to message board messages and I have a client waiting for their work to be completed. Regards, Bella Re: New client file setup with wrong year Thank you Genreve, I understand that this is the case but I need to have assistance from MYOB to deactivate the old company file - which is what you had done for me before. If I try and create a new file with the same serial number I get a message saying I have already activated the maximum number of company files for this serial number. Could you please assist with deactivating the old file? I sent you the details in a private msg last week. Bella New client file setup with wrong year I haven't heard back from a msg sent to MYOB and need help; recently MYOB helped me to set up new files with our serial numbers. I have just started entering information in one of the new company files I created however, but have come upon an issue; the client I am using the new file for needs information entered from June 2019 onwards, but the file won't allow anything prior to the setup of Jan 2023. Is there someway I can change the first year to 2019 financial year to enable me to complete their work? Employee self Onboarding Hi My employee find this is no Submit botton on his online form. He doesn't have TFN and Superannuation yet. Is that the reason? Re: New Superannuation USI Changes Hi Eric I am going to add the new USI (75493363262002) to the employee card on 12/04. YOU CANNOT DO IT NOW. It is still not on MYOB Superfund list. MYOB has given me the explanation "Once the fund has registered its new fund details and is active with the ATO, the fund should be available on your list. There isn't usually a delay when the merge is complete. I would also check with your employees if they have received any communication about their member numbers and if they are changing - as this may hold you up whilst awaiting their details. ". Dot
