Employee superannuation member number query

We have a new employee who has provided us with his Australian Retirement Trust member account number but I have not seen one like this before. It is XXXXXXXXX_SOL. Our other employees with Australian Retirement Trust accounts only have a 9 digit member number, do I add the _SOL as part of their employee membership number?

We would recommend that the employee confirm this information with the super fund as we cannot advise on it. If the information provided by the fund is correct, please make the changes according to that.
