Employee tax report not ready

Good afternoon,  the staff STP finalisations were all put through weeks ago.  One staff member says their income statement is not ready.  The eofy verification report figures matched the payroll reports and all are set to final.  Am I missing something here?  The other staff members have received theirs.  This was a staff member who was terminated during the year.

*Update* This has been fixed.  There was an error on the eofy stp reports in regards to cessation reason.  I undid eofy finalisation, re-entered the terminations in stp with the cessation reason, ran a 0 payrun and redid their finalisations.
