End of year finalisation STP

Hi,

I am trying to do my payroll finalisation using single touch payroll and i have ran the report for the final payroll at year end and check all the balances against my Activity report which are all correct.

I then go into the finalisation tab and the YTD amounts are all incorrect and i only have a YTD finalisaton report and not 2 like the instructions say.

Also i have checked my MyGov account and the balances are showing correctly on there.

I have bee on hold with the help line for an hour and forty minutes.

Any ideas people please.

Hi, the second report they mention is found individually on each person's line on the elipsis (...) button. You have to go to each person, click on the three dots, download report, print... Time consuming and cumbersome. Maybe it'll be improved for next year, but that's where I found it. Big assumption on my part. Smiley Happy Good luck.

Hi All,

After 2 1/2 hours on the phone I have a solution.

You need to process a nil pay for all employees and that fixes the problem. Make sure you reinstate all terminated people.
