Important – changes to the way super payments are processed

Hi Moderator,

 

I'm still unable to accept the Public Disclosure statement in Account Right and have logged in as the owner.

Still getting the same error message "Something went wrong, if you are the application owner check logs for more info"

Have tried for the last 2 weeks and I need to get this resolved soon.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can I please confirm if you're the listed as the company file owner and the pay super administrator ? If you are, and you're getting this error message can you please send me a private message with your product serial number, email address and screenshot of that error so that I can take a look into this for you.
