Is there a limit to how many entitlements are displayed on a payslip?

Bit of a weird one... I have the need to display 4 YTD entitlement balances on a payslip, yet it would seem I can only display 3 on a payslip. My fourth and most recent Entitlement type (Bankable hours) will not display on any of the applicable staff's payslips. Yet Print on pay advice is ticked under the entitlement setup and also include all YTD amounts and entitlement balances on paycheque Stubs (system wide) is also ticked under general report and forms preferences. Is there a physical limit on the form itself? Any way to overcome this?

Hi @User3202,

Thank you for your post.

You can display as many entitlement balances as you want on a pay slip. I have just tested 4 entitlements on my machine:

However, entitlement balances will only show on employees' payslips if a value has been entered against it during a pay run - in the current payroll year. In your case, the new entitlement may not have been used yet, or the balance adjustment (opening balance) was entered into the employee's card file.

What you can do in this scenario is -Process and record a dummy pay run with a value (1) next to the entitlement category only, once recorded the YTD amount should show on every payslip from that point on. After this is done you can delete/reverse that dummy pay run - so the Sick leave balance is reverted to its original balance. See my example below:
