Hi
MYOB Clearing House has been holding onto our employees superannuation payments for 8 business days since the payment was direct debited from our bank account.
I phoned MYOB and was advised 'there are alot of people paying superannuation' so there's a delay.
It would be appreciated if I could have a further explaination as to the delay as I suspect what I was advised is not accurate.
