MYOB Error when trying to open employee card

Hello, I am having issue with opening an employee card.

Everytime I try to open his card MYOB will have error message advising something's gone wrong and needs to close. Please help.

Hi

 

I'd try to rule out any issues with your local network, but if there is no issue with that, I'd try to clear the AccountRight cache:

Hi @LingB

 

Thanks for your post. There is a script we can run over the file to resolve this, please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can arrange this.

Last 4 digit is #8907
