MYOB PAYROLL

I am a BAS Agent.  My client is using MYOB on the desktop and has had a problem with their payroll not processing the STP lodgement.  I have just accessed their Browser data file and it is now saying that they are not setup for Single Touch Payroll Reporting.  THIS IS NOT CORRECT.  They have been setup and reporting and I have used the browser to confirm their monthly year to date reported amounts.  I have checked on the BAS portal and todays pay is not showing as being processed.  WHAT HAS GONE WRONG AND HOW DO I RECTIFY THIS.  Myob is asking for STP to be setup again.

Apologies for the delayed response. The issue you're experiencing might be due to a migration or a change in the payroll reporting product you're using. To address this, you'll need to set up your Single Touch Payroll (STP) and ensure your BMS and Software ID are correctly configured in your MYOB software.
