MYOB Super Choice has not sent funds to various Funds for Jan- Feb -March

Just received a call form one of the Super houses - They have advised that they have not recived super payments for Jan and Februayr- MYOB has deducted from my account - Does anyone no what is going on ?

I ran and spoke to them in early Feb and they advised that thes problem would be rectified and yet still no payments sent

?

Hi @JayBEE 

 

Thanks for your post. So that I can assist with this I'll need to get some clarification on your specific situation:

 

  • was the February payment deducted from your account twice? 
  • was the payment refunded?
  • last FOUR digits of the serial number
  • date the payment was processed

I Pay super weekly via pay Super in MYOB these amounts have been deducted from my account - but for some reason they have not been fowarded to the various super funds - the double up from feb was reimbursed
