I am setting up staff with the MYOB Team App and they have downloaded the app but when they get to their profile and get to the super it keeps coming up as an error and tells them to refer to employer.

I open the MYOB app on my mobile and personal details and tax both have a green tick next to them, however when I click on the superannuation it says that something went wrong with the company file setup?

Are the super details for this employee set up completely in their card file in the software?

Yes they are set up however we do not pay our super through MYOb, we have an outside clearing house so could this be why?

Generally, that should not cause a problem. Can you check if there is any default super fund set up under Setup>>General Payroll information?
