MYOB super payments asks for confirmation of details then does not save... a total dead end, unable to make super payments

More of the  usual dead end loops from MYOB payroll software.... there is a never ending stream of them.

Today I try to pay my faithful staff their super from last month.

MYOB states it has something new to agree to, prior.

So I follow the steps, and at the final step it just fails.....

Sorry staff, looks like your super payment wont be making it, thanks again to MYOB

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Please make sure you are logging using the file owner email address. If you are, can you please send the following information in a private message:

• serial number
• primary contact name
• primary email address
• email you are logging in with
