New Wage category Public holiday penalty 250% of wage is not calculating any super

I have employee with Sat penalty rate 125% of wage that calculates super 10.5%

However, Public holiday rate 250% is not calculating super nor is Sunday penalty rate

I can't see why super is not being calculated, they look the same to me

SG is linked to gross wages as are these  payroll categories

Any idea what I am missing

Hi @Elisem,

Thank you for your post.

Another thing to check, open the affected payroll category, and click 'Exempt', do you see the superannuation guarantee category ticked here?

Kind regards,
Sam
