The new employee completed the onboarding, however, the employee ID wasn't been given correctly, therefore, it won't show in the advance payroll. Can someone from MYOB help me with this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! So I can take a look into this for you can you please provide a screenshot of where it is not showing in the advance payroll window.
