Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.
Since you already activated the employee but it is not working, I recommend to add the employee as a new employee. After that, reprocess the pay. If there's any recorded pay in the system from the old record, kindly delete it so that it will not be duplicated.
