Good afternoon
We are unable to register a client for pay super. It comes up with the error, whoops you have hit a snag.
We have logged in as both the client and as us who set up the file.
Can you please advise how to fix this issue.

Hi @Davidv,
Thank you for your post. The Pay Superannuation service has been temporarily disabled while our teams deal with a duplication error with payment, once the service is enabled and back up and running you will have the option to register for pay super.
