Payroll Reporting - wont let me in, not accepting password

Important day as EOFY for this to happen. Need fixed urgently

In payroll reporting re ATO will not accept my myob password, waited on phone forever and still didn't get through, can someone please help asap

So that I can assist can you please send a screenshot of the log in window so that I can see exactly what you are trying to access. If you're having trouble accessing the Payroll reporting centre from AccountRight make sure you are logged into the company file with the correct log in and password. Clicking on Payroll reporting should then take you straight to the Payroll reporting centre.

I only have one password and able to do everything else as normal, including processing pays etc today, but it accepts my password everywhere else but not  on payroll reporting  where it comes up with my user id automatically then no password will work on that screen only.  This has only happened since upgrade last week?

This is urgent for EOFY, thanks
