It seems if my bookkeeper has access to bank recs and GL access she can see how much staff get. This causes dischord when some staff are paid more than her.

Superannuation, electronic payments etc shouldnt identify anyones names or how much they are receiving from any section of MYOB. I had to pull my payroll file out into a new database (and pay for another licence) to stop her being able to see this sensitive and confidential information in various areas of MYOB despite me unticking all of Payroll, Employee cards etc.
