Hi

I had to reverse a payrun for an employee however when i print the payroll advice for the same dates only the reversal credit shows and not the original payrun. Usually you can see both the original pay cheuqe followed by the credit but I can only see the credit? What have I done wrong?

Welcome to the Community Forum. The first troubleshooting step I recommend is clearing the cache which can resolve some odd behaviour in reports and forms: Clearing the AccountRight Cache.

If the report still doesn't show both transactions after attempting the above, would you be able to provide screenshots of both the payroll advice report, and both transactions so I can reproduce the error on my end?

(You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and remove sensitive information, then click on Photos to upload).
