RFBA not showing in YTD

Once again, another issue with the MYOB EOFY Payroll. I enter the RFBA and if I leave the EOFY finalisation, the RFBA does not stay there. I have to re-enter it every time I go back to the finalisation.

I've looked at other posts and apparently we have to enter the RFBA and set it as final and send it to the ATO.

This was happening 2 years ago and still there has been no fix.

It is unacceptable that we have to send of part of our finalisation before we can get all of the details to show on the YTD report.

I know what the response from MYOB will be but I just wanted to let them know that again, this is unacceptable for a major payroll software provider.
