Hi Komal,

 

I am also having the same issue with an employee who left in January 2022 and was reinstated in March 2022.  The annual and personal leave accrual balances are correct in the employee card and on the pay slip, but incorrect in the entitlement balance report.

 

Would you be able to assist please?

Hi @Vanessa_C 

 

Thanks for your post. Could you please send me a Private Message with the following information:

  • The employee's name
  • The date of termination
  • The date of reinstatement
  • The type of leave they are needing corrected
  • Serial number
  • Company Data File ID

Solved this by sending the file in for a Datafile Repair.

Hi Yanike, 

 

I have the same issue Vanessa, an employee was reinstated recently and the previous entitlements are messing up the card balance amount. Can you please let me know how it could be resolved? Note that we opted to reactivated his old card.

Hi @Donna0531 

 

Thanks for your post. If your card balances are out, you can manually adjust this by doing a balance adjustment as described in this article: Adjusting leave entitlements.

 

If you have a Difference in the Entitlement Balance [Detail] report, could you please send me a screenshot of this as well as the following information via Private Message:

 

  • The employee's name
  • The date of termination
  • The date of reinstatement
  • The type of leave they are needing corrected
  • Serial number
