Hi,

i keep getting a email from myob telling me to click on a link to log in to accept pay super changes.

i do this and there is nothing jumping out at me to do.

i did March super payments on the 13/4 and its now the 20/4 and its still processing.

have tried waiting on the phone but when it gets to 30 minutes and someone picks up and then says they need to transfer you it makes me cry.

there must be something that i need to do to fix this but cant find it

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'm happy to assist, are you able to confirm the date you received the email ? 

 

Generally speaking, If the status of the payment is still "Processing Payment", it will still be processing through the clearinghouse and has not yet been released to the respective super funds. SuperChoice has advised allowing 5 working days for the payment to be processed, so I would check it again in a couple of days to allow for this.
